90s MS Paint Nostalgia — The Bloc Cube Project

A long time ago, I wanted to create a Bloc Cube made of notes — a 90s-style digital version inspired by the classic MS Paint interface.

It brings back such warm memories of those endless hours spent drawing pixel by pixel, experimenting with color palettes, and building shapes in a world where creativity had no limits.

This project is a small tribute to that era — when art was simple, spontaneous, and beautifully imperfect.

Below, you’ll find the visuals and printable version of the Bloc Cube recreated for today’s generation — ready for A4 printing.

Printing setup (for A4 format)

If you want the Bloc Cube design to print perfectly on A4 paper:

  • Page size: A4 (210 × 297 mm)

    • Cube size: ( 97 x 97 mm)
  • Orientation: Portrait

  • Resolution: 300 DPI

  • Color mode: CMYK (for print)

  • Bleed: Add 3 mm bleed if the artwork touches edges

  • Margins: 10–15 mm safe area inside for text or logos

  • Scale: “Fit to page” — this ensures the design fills the full A4 space
