Return and Refund Policy
Overview
At SVG4YOU, we offer digital products in the form of SVG files and other downloadable content.
Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, we understand that mistakes can happen. If you have made an accidental purchase, such as buying multiple copies of the same file, we may offer a refund in specific cases. Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase.
Refunds
Refunds are only granted under the following conditions:
- Accidental duplicate purchases of the same file.
- Over-purchase of items due to a technical issue.
- Files that are corrupted or not functioning as described (contact support for assistance first).
Once your request is reviewed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 3 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank, as processing times vary.
- If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, contact us at contact@svg4you.com.
Exclusions
We do not offer refunds under the following circumstances:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Accidental purchases that do not meet our refund criteria.
- Incorrect file selection before purchase.
- Usage issues due to lack of software compatibility.
- Failure to download the file due to user-related issues (e.g., lost email, incorrect login credentials).
