3. Refunds and Returns

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. However, refunds may be issued in the following cases:

Accidental duplicate purchases.
Corrupted or missing files that cannot be accessed.
Incorrect files delivered due to an error on our part.

Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase to contact@svg4you.com. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days, though processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

4. User Responsibilities

By using our website, you agree not to:

Use our digital products for unlawful or unethical purposes.
Share, distribute, or transfer purchased files to third parties.
Modify, resell, or claim our designs as your own.
Use our designs in any manner that infringes upon copyright laws.
Use our designs for mass production without proper licensing.

We actively monitor and enforce our intellectual property rights, including issuing DMCA takedown requests for unauthorized use.

6. Limitation of Liability

SVG4YOU is not responsible for:

Misuse of digital files after purchase.
Compatibility issues with third-party software (e.g., Cricut, Silhouette).
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our website signifies your acceptance of any changes.
